Every order is shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping domestic orders and 5-14 business days for international orders. International order delivery time is not guaranteed as your package may have to go through several countries and could take up to 4 weeks to deliver. Shipping rates outside of the United States are flat fees regardless of order quantity.
Return/Refund Policy
If product is not received by the consumer for any unknown reasons, we will replace it.
If the product is lost but is marked as delivered on the tracking info page, we will neither replace it or refund it. We CANNOT BE responsible for mistakes of the postal service and will not replace product that was mishandled by the postal service.
There is no refund whatsoever to the consumer, once the product is mailed. If the product is damaged or opened when it is received we will replace it.
